Pacesetters Booster Club (PBC)

President: Works with the Directors to assist them in any way needed, oversees all VP and Committee Chairs, and runs monthly meetings.
VP Fundraising: Oversees all fundraisers, coordinates with fundraiser committee chairs, and works with the Director and President on planning out the year's fundraisers.
VP Costumes: Works with the Directors on costumes for football games, pep rallies, contests and the spring show.
VP Social: Works with social officers to plan out the teacher luncheon, Pacesetter birthdays, the spring banquet, and any other social or hospitality events that occur.
VP Prop Pop: Works with the Directors and all booster club members to build needed props for pep rallies, contests and Spring Show.
VP Marketing and Communications: Oversees dissemination of information related to Pacesetter activities and events which includes posting information to all Pacesetter social media accounts.
Secretary: Keeps a record and minutes of all meetings of the PBC and the Board.
Parliamentarian: Ensures that all meetings are conducted according to Robert’s Rules of Order including calling each meeting to order, assisting and supporting the President in maintaining order, and adhering to time schedules approved by the Board, and ensures the Board adheres to all PBC by-laws.
Treasurer: Receives all monies of the PBC, keeps an accurate record of the receipts and expenditures, completes monthly reports and distributes them to the general body, works with an accountant to complete all required tax forms, and works with the Directors and President in planning for the fiscal year.
Senior Mom: Responsible for coordinating events for the senior Pacesetters.
